Transformation roadmap
Step by step, no guesswork
Our services
Hospitals, schools, manufacturing, logistics, retail, nonprofits — every industry works differently. We start with research to pin down exactly which service you need.
We bring all your records together into a single system that works on both desktop and mobile.
We hand repetitive manual work over to the computer. Data entry, reports and replies start taking care of themselves.
We study how you work and tell you where to start. We build the plan and stay with you all the way through rollout.
However good a system is, nothing changes if your team keeps working in the same old Excel files. That’s why we talk to people before we write any code.
Straight answers
The biggest obstacle isn’t technology. It’s these six thoughts on every business owner’s mind.
“We don’t know what kind of system we need”
check_circleWe research first, then recommend.
“We can’t see what a system would actually give us”
check_circleWe put numbers on the hours saved and revenue gained.
“We have no IT staff or resources”
check_circleWe become your IT department.
“Our team might not be able to use it”
check_circleWe train them and stay by their side until it sticks.
“We might spend a lot and still fail”

“What happens if you disappear?”
check_circleSystems and data all stay in your company’s name.

Pricing guide
Adjust the three values below. You’ll instantly see an estimated price and how many months it takes to pay for itself.
Directors, storekeepers, salespeople — count everyone on the payroll.
Filling in Excel, logging things in notebooks, copying and reconciling figures, preparing reports, answering the same questions again and again — add it all up.
Take-home pay. A rough figure is fine if you’re not sure.
This is a rough estimate. Once we’ve studied how you work, we’ll give you your actual price and savings in writing.

Why Amarhan
7–14 days
The average time it takes us to get a system live in an organization. No waiting months or years.
Cheaper than a new hire
A system’s one-off cost equals just a few months of a new employee’s salary. But a system never takes leave, never asks for a raise and never quits.
Measurable results
We quantify the hours saved and costs cut, and report on them every month. Facts, not guesses.
A 3-person shop or a 300-person factory — we work with both. No business is too small for us.
After launch
Everything technical is on us. Full ownership stays with you.

A faster start
We tailor our four production-ready systems to the way you work. That cuts both time and cost significantly.
No more starting contracts, orders and official letters from a blank page. Tell the AI what you need and a draft is ready — edit it, then download it as Word or PDF.
Keep personnel files, employment contracts, payroll and hiring in one system — no Excel, no paper. HR spends less time on admin, and management sees real numbers.
Track student records, tuition, attendance and progress in one system. See at a glance who has paid and who is falling behind, and act before it becomes a problem.
Manage orders, shipment records, warehouse locations, payments and delivery from one place. Customers check their own shipment status, so “has my parcel arrived?” calls drop.
An app that turns spoken Mongolian into text. Press the shortcut and speak — Word, Gmail, Messenger, Outlook, Slack — your words appear wherever your cursor is.

FAQ
Can’t find your answer here? Write to us. You’ll get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
Quoting a price before studying your operations would be guesswork, so we give a specific figure only after the research phase. But one thing we can say up front: because we work with a proven methodology and ready-made foundations, our prices come in noticeably below market rates. Most clients start with a small first phase — just a fraction of the budget for a full system.
No. The transition happens in stages, alongside your day-to-day work. The old way keeps running until each process has moved to the new system. We never switch everything over in a single day.
Quite the opposite. The fewer processes and people you have, the easier change is. Even in a 5–10 person organization, simply streamlining the order and payment flow frees up dozens of hours a month. Making the switch after you’ve grown is more expensive and more painful.
Yes. We regularly integrate with Excel, Google Sheets, accounting software, bank statements, Facebook Messenger and more. No need to throw out what you have — we run both side by side first, then migrate gradually.
From day one we meet with your team, make it clear that the goal is to make their work easier, and build their feedback into the system. And we never replace everything overnight: we start with one process and expand only after people have experienced the results firsthand.
We put several layers of protection around your data. Access is configured role by role — a storekeeper, for example, can’t see payroll information. All data is automatically backed up every day, so there’s no risk of losing it.
